Château l’Escarelle spans 1,200 hectares of preserved nature, including 110 hectares of vineyards certified in organic farming and High Environmental Value (HVE3).

Every day, we commit to preserving fauna, flora, and limiting our carbon footprint through numerous initiatives. Among them:
In the heart of the estate, a 2,300 m² space was developed in partnership with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (LPO) and the Itancia endowment fund to preserve and study butterflies. More than 100 species have been recorded here, making this site a unique refuge in Provence. This educational site, open to visitors, invites young and old alike to discover the richness of biodiversity and the importance of its preservation.
