The Shop

Our team welcomes you to the shop from Monday to Saturday. You can discover our organic Provence wines, as delicate as aromatic.
- In summer: from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm
- In winter from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm

The Butterfly Garden

Created in 2016, "Le Jardin du Pacha" is today a 5-star hotel for butterflies!

For its role of conservation of species, the garden gathers biotopes adapted to butterflies and allows a privileged observation of the butterflies. Every week we work to embellish the garden (selecting plants, sorting the beds, planting new species, etc.) while observing the butterflies and other insects present in the garden. With more than 90 species of butterflies listed out of 259 French species, the Château de l'Escarelle is one of the richest and most varied in Provence.

The Winery

Enter the heart of the estate: the winery.
Fully renovated, our winery is one of the most technologically advanced in Provence. It enables our teams and our winegrower, Patrick Lobier, to use their expertise and reveal the rich character of our terroir. Deeply committed to sustainable development, Yann Pineau, the estate's owner, fell under the spell of this exceptional area of natural beauty. He has breathed new life into Château de l'Escarelle, aiming to elevate it to the front ranks of Provence's big name wines. Respect for the environment is a challenge that is taken up on a daily basis. The vineyard is certified in organic agriculture and has HEV certification (High Environmental Value)
